How to Cancel Your Order

Return Process and Refunds

Ship the eligible item back to My Store with original packaging and accessories.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 1-3 business days.
If the item meets our return requirements, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days from the time of refund approval for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with defects, damage, missing parts, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. Retain the product and all original packaging until we resolve the issue, as this will aid the process.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Return shipping is your responsibility except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error. Return shipping fees for original orders are calculated and shown at checkout.
